Curt Harbsmeier attended the University of Louisville where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 1985 and his law degree in 1990. He worked as an assistant state attorney and as a felony trial lawyer for the public defender prior to associating with a prominent Florida law firm, where he practiced insurance defense litigation.


Curt started the office which became Harbsmeier DeZayas, LLP, and concentrates his practice on representing employers and insurance carriers in Workers' Compensation and related matters. Curt is Board Certified in Workers' Compensation.
